You never know what life will throw at you! In 2004, my stable life with two healthy daughters was rocked to the core when I gave birth to William, a little boy with complex needs. Life was never the same again. We've come through living in hospitals, a small bowel transplant and coming to terms with Asperger's Syndrome and I'm finding life all the richer for it.

Still full of infection...
Well, we are still in hospital and, although William is much better, he is far from well. He still has bugs in his line and also has a fungal infection in there. He has started a daily 4 hour infusion to combat the fungus but it looks like he will remain in hospital this week and may have to go into Chelsea and Westminster on Monday. Paul is also in hospital this week for the next operation on his leg. I can't wait to get back to normal!

Big hugs Sarah,
Really hope that the infusion helps William's infections, and that he continues to improve.
Good luck for Paul's op, hope all goes well there, I've been reading his blog, ouch!
Big hugs to you all!
Becky, Seren & Dylan (who is still on his iv's for his Pseudo) xxx
I hope this week isn't to stressful for you and that William starts to get better soon. I've been reading your blog and Paul's ever since you thought William had CF (i'm a PWCF) and really hope he recovers from his infections soon.
Also hope Paul's op goes ok and he becomes mobile again very soon and things return to some sort of normality in some sense of the word for you very soon.
Have you considered creating a postpals account for William? as I would love to be able to send him a few things and something for your girls as well-who seem to deal with everything so well.
gosh you've been busy!! So sorry to hear William is back in with an infection. I hope he's on the mend by the time I'm writing this. I hope everything has gone well for Paul too.
I've only just found you again (the blog) after getting a new computer - hence the delay in comments!!
Lots of love and hugs to you Wonderwoman! And of course to the rest of the family.
